Due to the nature of marketing services—including time, strategy, labor, and resource allocation—once work has begun, refunds are not available.
2. Setup Fees and One-Time Fees
All setup fees, onboarding fees, strategy fees, consulting fees, and one-time service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the client completes onboarding or continues with services.
3. Monthly, Retainer, and Subscription Services
For recurring services (including retainers or subscriptions):

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time, paused services, or early termination

Cancellation stops future billing only and must be submitted in writing according to the agreed notice period
4. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs
All advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or other advertising networks) is non-refundable and subject to the policies of those platforms.
Praesidio Marketing is not responsible for refunds related to third-party tools, software, platforms, or services.
5. Performance Disclaimer
Praesidio Marketing does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue, leads, traffic, conversions, or rankings. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with performance or unmet expectations.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Praesidio Marketing to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to submit documentation to dispute any chargeback.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
At our sole discretion, Praesidio Marketing may consider a partial refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund:
